Exchange or refund policy
All items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, so please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
We do not offer refunds. However, if there’s a sizing issue, we’re happy to provide a one-time exchange or alteration.
Our exchange or return window is 7 days from the date you receive your order. This means you’ll need to reach out to us within 7 days to request an exchange. The new item chosen should be of the same or higher value than your original purchase. If you prefer not to exchange immediately, we can issue store credit instead, which will be valid for 30 days from the date it is issued.
For your item to qualify for an exchange, it must be unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Please also keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

Damages & Issues
Please take a moment to check your order when it arrives. If you find that your item is damaged, defective, or if you’ve received the wrong product, get in touch with us right away. We’ll look into the issue and sort it out for you as quickly as possible. The exchange or replacement delivery timeline will be 7-10 days.
